What to Expect After You Enroll

We can help you learn about your benefits and how to use your plan.

Attend a member meeting near you

Learn more about your 2018 Medicare health benefits and how to get the most out of your plan. Our member meetings take place throughout the year. Be sure to check back regularly to find a meeting near you.

  • Annual enrollment meetings (October through November)
  • Member educational meetings (February through April) Note: February meetings available in select markets only
  • Member appreciation events (May through August) Note: These events are available in select markets only

Find a member meeting near you

But you don’t have to wait for a meeting to get your questions answered. Just call the number on your ID card or you can also reach us at: 1-844-880-1707 (TTY: 711). We’re here Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., all time zones.

Check out your plan materials

Once you're enrolled, we'll send you:

  • A letter stating that you’re a member in our plan
  • Your Innovation Health member ID card (usually within 14 days)
  • A complete description of your coverage (Evidence of Coverage)
  • A list of prescription drugs covered by your plan, if included (Formulary)
  • Billing information (learn about online bill pay)

Members who get “Extra Help” are not required to fill prescriptions at preferred network pharmacies in order to get Low Income Subsidy (LIS) copays.  

The formulary, pharmacy network, and/or provider network may change at any time. You will receive notice when necessary.
